    Latin Dance Cardio with Angi Alvarez


    Come try a FREE class on Monday, January 6th, 2020, 8pm!


    Open to all levels.


    An energetic dance and fitness class that combines Latin music and moves (salsa, reggaeton, cha-cha, merengue, etc.) in a fun, party-like atmosphere!


    In one exciting hour of non-stop dancing, you will burn calories, tone your muscles and energize your body and mind. This is also a great dance fitness class to work on your styling for Latin dance, as basic moves such as shimmies, hip rolls (meneos and figure 8s), and torso pulses (trembleques) are used extensively.
    Angi Alvarez has been teaching Latin dance classes ( Salsa, Bachata , Merengue) as well as Dance fitness classes (Zumba, Salsa.Fit, Cardio Reggaeton) for over 15 years!
    Her classes are fun , energetic and filled with an upbeat music playlist!
